摘要
原砂高温焙烧后可降低硅砂的热膨胀率,排除硅砂高温分解的气体,改变砂粒表面的理化性能。用焙烧砂生产的覆膜砂因此具有低膨胀、低发气及高强度性能。分析了硅砂高温主要性能与常见铸造缺陷的关系,介绍了覆膜砂生产中降低膨胀率的一般方法,报道原砂焙烧的研究过程及实施结果,介绍了原砂焙烧设备,对原砂焙烧有关理论进行了探讨并展望原砂焙烧的应用前景。
Abstract After
bakeout under high temperature,heat expansion coefficient of sand can be decreased,gas
released in high temperature is removed,physical chemical property of sand surface is
modified.Resin coated sand produced by baked out sand are with lower expansion
coefficient,lower gas released and higher strength.Relation between main property of silicon
sand in high temperature and common casting defects have been analysed.Lowing expansion
coefficient when coated sand are produced has been introduced.Working processes and
implementing results of sand bakeout have been reported.Bakeout equipment have been
introduced.Theory of bakeout has been explovered.Future application of bakeout has been
pointed out.
