摘要
对重载机车驱动系统的传统结构及3种新型结构的基本原理及优缺点进行了分析,对3种新型结构的轴承寿命,齿轮啮合状态,端齿联轴节的刚度、强度进行了详细的计算分析,为我国大功率交流传动机车驱动系统选型及计算分析提供了参考依据。
This article introduced the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional structure and three new structures of heavy locomotives' drive systems. This paper also carried out a detailed calculation on the structure of life, gearing mesh status, terminal gear coupling stiffness and strength of the three new bearings, which provides reference for selection, calculation and analysis of high-power AC drive locomotive drive system.
