摘要
对3种规格的瓦楞纸板口字形结构件进行蠕变实验,在分析了多个线性粘弹性蠕变模型的基础上,利用Matlab的曲线拟合工具箱分别将蠕变模型与实验数据作曲线拟合分析,并通过进一步修正模型,得到能很好描述口字形结构件蠕变行为的蠕变模型,并确定了模型的各个参数。为设计瓦楞纸板结构件时蠕变量的计算与分析,提供了理论依据。
Creep test was conducted on three specifications of rectangle shaped structural part of corrugated board,on the basis of analyzing multiple linear viscoelastic creep models,Matlab curve fitting toolbox was used for performing curve fifing analysis to the creep models and the experimental data,then the models were further modified to get the creep model that very well describes the creep behavior of rectangle shaped structural part,and each parameter of the model was ascertained.Theoretical foundation is provided for calculating and analyzing the creep deformation in designing structural part of corrugated board.
