摘要
针对纸护角机生产的控制要求,设计了以台达32EH型PLC为核心的控制系统,结合开通伺服驱动器、伺服电机及其它硬件对纸护角机的生产流程进行控制。介绍了纸护角机的工作原理、控制系统的组成以及控制系统的子系统的作用和工作流程;给出了纸护角机工作时序图、程序流程图、纸护角计长公式;利用触摸屏作为人机交互,通过触摸屏设置、修改参数,显示当前纸护角机的运行状态、报警信息。该控制系统性能稳定,控制精度高。
According to the control requirements to the production of paper corner protector machine,the control system with Delta 32EH-PLC as the core was designed,combined with servo drive,servo motor and other hardware,the production process of paper corner protector machine was controlled.The working principle of paper corner protector machine,the composition of control system,the effect of subsystem of the control system and the working process were introduced.The work sequence diagram,program flow chart and the metering formula for paper edge protector were given.Using the touch screen for human-computer interaction,we can setl and edit the parameters through the touch screen,and display the present running state and alarm information of paper corner protector machine.The control system has stable performance and high control precision.
