摘要
目的:探讨干眼症患者的临床特征以及对症采用综合治疗的效果分析。方法:对68例干眼症患者进行病因分析,并根据症状不同,分为轻中度干眼症和重度干眼症,采用相应的综合治疗方法。结果:干眼症患者68例中的轻中度患者均获得满意疗效,而重度患者的临床症状亦有明显改善。结论:应根据患者的具体病情、干眼不同的阶段以及患者不同的卫生知识和经济状况,选用不同的治疗方法。
·AIM：To study the clinical characteristics and comorehensive treatment effect of patients with dry eye.·METHODS：According to different symptoms,68 dry eye patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe dry eye,and the corresponding comorehensive treatments were used.·RESULTS：Patients with mild to moderate dry eye obtained satisfactory results,and the severe clinical symptoms were improved.·CONCLUSION：According to the patient＇s situation,different dry eye stages,different health knowledge and economic conditions,we should choose different treatment methods.
