摘要
利用国际通用的可持续发展的生物物理指标即生态足迹理论,通过测定当前生物生产性土地面积的量来评估人类对生态系统的影响,采用北京市平谷区2008年国民统计资料和相关资料数据,对平谷区生态足迹和生态承载力进行了计算和分析,结果表明,平谷区人均生态足迹为2.647hm2,人均生态承载力为0.422hm2,人均生态赤字为-2.225hm2,发展超过了生态系统的承载力,分析产生赤字根源,从生态承载力角度提出可持续发展对策。
This paper uses of internationally accepted biophysical indicatrix with sustainable development, the ecological footprint theory,by measuring the current bio-productive land area to assess the amount of the impact of humans on ecosystems, ecological footprint and ecological capacity of the Pinggu district of Beijing is calculated and analyzed results show that the per capita ecological footprint is 2. 647 hm^2 ,the per capita ecologi- cal capacity is 0. 422 hm^2, the per capita ecological deficit is -2. 225 hm^2 of the Pinggu, through 2008 national mtatistical data and related information data of the Pinggu district. The development of the Pinggu district exceed ecological capacity of the system, analyze the causes of the ecological deficit,and educe sustainable development measures from the point of view of ecological capacity.
