南水北调中线穿黄工程隧洞盾构施工规律的探讨

Discussion on Shield Construction Rules of the Yellow River-Crossing Tunnel in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

在介绍南水北调中线穿黄隧洞设计参数、地质情况及盾构机选型参数的基础上,对中线穿黄隧洞盾构施工中盾构机刀盘刀具维护保养经验进行了分析,总结了施工过程中定期检查盾构机刀盘、定期带压进舱检查、根据不同地质情况灵活配置盾构刀具、实时分析掘进参数的施工规律,保障隧洞掘进施工正常进行。

Based on the introduction of the design parameters, geological conditions and type selection of TBM of the Yellow River-Crossing Tun- nel in the Middle Route of SNWDP,we have analyzed the experience for maintenance of TBM cutters and cutter disk in the project, summarized the construction rules as regular check for TBM cutter disk, regular check for hyperbaric operation of shield, cutters arrangements by various geo- logical conditions, real-time analysis of tunneling parameter to ensure smooth advancement of tunnel excavation.
