摘要
目的探讨老年人肺炎的临床诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我院2008年10月—2009年4月收治的48例老年肺炎患者的临床资料。结果老年人肺炎常发生在多种慢性疾病的基础上,症状多样且不典型,诊断主要在于提高警惕与重视患者一般情况的变化,胸部X线检查仍为诊断的重要手段。治疗上除应用药敏试验而选择抗生素外,必须加强全身等综合治疗。结论老年人肺炎治愈的关键在于迅速正确的早期诊断和充分合理的治疗。
Objective To analyze and research the clinical characteristics of elderly pneumonia.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 48 cases of pneumonia in elderly patients in our hospital from October 2008 to April 2009 was performed .Results Elderly pneumonia based on many kinds of chronic diseases and its symptom was various and no typical. Diagnosis depended on enhancing attention and paying attention to pa- tient＇s general changes. The important method of diagnosis was still thoracic roentgenoseopy. Besides application of antibiotic based on susceptibility test,combined therapy must be strengthened.Conclusion The key to elderly pneumonia cure rate is early diagnosis , correct and rational treatment.
