本文简要回顾了中医药学主题词表的发展概况,分析了网络信息时代主题词表的作用以及网络化对主题词表的影响,就网络信息时代中医药学专业主题词表的发展在有关词汇术语选择、词间关系确定、词表更新维护机制等方面提出了建议.

This paper is intended to figure out how to develop and maintain the traditional Chinese medical （TCM）thesaurus in the Internet Era. The history of TCM thesaurus was reviewed. The function of TCM thesaurus in searching information in internet and the impact of internet to thesauri were discussed. Suggestions on descriptor/term selection, term relations, and thesaurus maintaining were put forward.
