摘要
机床热误差是影响机床加工精度最大的误差源,因此如何有效地选择机床的温度测点,对热误差补偿具有重要的意义。讨论了应用ANSYS与热误差模态分析相结合的方法,该方法极大地增强了选择测点的准确性。
The heating error of the machine tool is the source of maximal error of machine tool treating accuracy,therefore,how to choose the measure point effectively is a key way to make up for the hot error.This paper describes the analysis method of the application of ANSYS combining thermal error mode.It Greatly improves the accuracy of the selection of measurement points.
