摘要
分析了中华武术的发展历程,讨论了中华武术的文化意义和功能。认为,中华武术是独具民族特色,集防身、健身、养生于一体的体育运动项目,武术运动对人体的神经系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统和内脏器官等能起到全面的锻炼作用,能增强人体肌肉力量和伸展性,提高关节运动的幅度,有利于身体的柔韧、力量、速度、灵敏、耐力等身体素质的全面发展。武术运动具有壮内强外的健身价值、防身制敌的攻防价值、技击美与技艺美相融合的审美价值、培养中华民族精神的教育价值。
The development history of Chinese martial arts is analyzed,and the cultural significance and functions are discussed in the paper.It concludes that Chinese martial arts are physical culture sports with unique national identity,which intergrates body-guarding,body-building,with body-nourishing.Chinese martial arts may help exercise the practicer's nervous system,respiratory system,cardiovascular system,and visceral organs overall.They can also help develop the exercisers' muscular strength and extensibility,enlarge their joint motions' range,and are beneficial to the overall development of the exercisers' physical fitness in flexibility,strength,speed,agility,and endurance.Chinese martial arts bear the value of building the inner and outside fitness of the body,the value of defending oneself and subduing the enemy,the aesthetic value of the art of attack and defense and skills,and the educational value of fostering Chinese ethnic peoples' national spirit.
