摘要
本文使用简单的试验方法,在相同的水灰比和恒定的养护条件下,测定了用不同掺量的氟丁胶乳及丁苯胶乳改性的水泥浆体中氯离子的有效扩散系数,并对扩散系数与材料的孔结构参数的关系进行了分析.氯离子在聚合物改性水泥浆体中的扩散系数仅为相同水灰比下普通水泥浆体的1/2~1/10.水泥石中大于1000A 的孔对氯离子扩散起着重要的作用.
The effective diffusion coefficients of chloride ions through pure cement paste and hardened polymer modified cement pastes with acidic cationic polychlorobuta- diene emulsion (AC-PCR-modified cement paste) and carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber latex (XSBR-modified cement paste)made with fixed water-cement ratio (W/C),but with various polymer loadings,and in pure Portland cement paste were measured by simple experimental method.The relationship between diffussion coefficients and the pore structure of the materials was analysed.The diffusion coefficients of chloride ions through polymer cement pastes are only 1/2~1/10 of those through pure Portland cement ones with same W/C.The pores with radii greater than 1000 play an important role in the diffusion of chloride ions through hardened cement paste.
