透视患者的满意度 浅析护理管理中存在的问题及对策

摘要 目的从患者满意度调查中发现问题以持续改进护理质量。方法随机抽查访谈,询问患者及家属,充分体现"以顾客需求为主导"的管理理念。结果住院患者满意率为88.3%,有10.1%的患者较满意,1.00%的患者认为一般,不满意的患者占0.50%.护理服务质量随着患者满意度的逐年提高得以优化和持续改进。结论护士队伍的数量、素质已经影响到临床护理质量,建议管理者正确认识临床护士缺编对护理质量的影响。 Objective Todetect problems fromthe satisfaction surveyofpatients and so as to enhance the nursing quality. Methods The random check interviews,inquiring patients and family members were performed. The superintendence principle of"with client demand for predominate"was reflected. Results The satisfaction degree of inpatients was 88.3% and there were 10.1% fairly satisfiction,1.00% common,0.50% dissatisfied. Satisfaction feedback patients the demand of better nursing serves and nursing service improved along with raising of patient's satisfaction. Conclusion The quantity and diathesis of nurse's troops has affected quality of nursing and suggest that clinical nurse lack will affect nursing quality.
