光纤用GeCl_4的质量进展

Advance of High-purity GeCl_4 for Optical Fibers

评述了国内外光纤用GeCl4 的质量水平。光纤用GeCl4 不仅要求金属杂质含量少 ,而且要求氢杂质 (OH、CH、HCl)总量也要少。用红外吸收法同时测定了两种进口产品和一种国产产品的含氢杂质总质量分数 ,进口产品为 3 2 3× 10 -3 %和 4 5× 10 -3 % ,国内产品为 2 11× 10 -3 %。

The quality level of GeCl 4 for optical fiber at home and abroad was reviewed. It shows that the GeCl 4 for optical fiber should have low concentration of metal and hydrogen impurities. Hydrogen containing impurities in GeCl 4 at home and abroad were determined by infrared spectrophotometric method. The mass ratio of total hydrogen containing (OH, CH, HCl) of two imported products and a Chinese product are 3.23×10 -3 %, 4 5×10 -3 % and 2.11×10 -3 %, respectively.
