摘要
设计了刀盘转速的变频调速控制系统,研究了系统的时域模型,采用状态反馈线性化方法设计了刀盘转速跟踪控制器,并进行了仿真分析,结果表明控制器能够满足刀盘恒转速的控制要求,为实际工程应用提供了参考.
In this study,the frequency conversion and rotary speed governing system is first developed for shield tunneling cutters.Based on the time domain system model,a rotary cutter speed tracking controller is then designed and simulated using the state feedback linearization method.Finally,the proposed method,which can satisfy control demands on constant rotary cutter speed,sets a reference to industrial applications.
