摘要
针对车身焊装夹具的设计特点和规律,阐述了在车身焊装夹具设计过程中知识的表示方法和获取途径,总结了该设计领域的研究特点和发展方向,将面向对象的VisualC++技术应用到智能化设计系统的开发中,构建了一个用于焊装夹具加紧方案设计的智能化CAD系统,基于该系统完成了焊装夹具加紧方案的自动设计,并将方案设计结果作为案例存储于系统中,极大地方便了后期的开发和维护.
With regard to design properties and rules of welding fixtures,a knowledge acquisition and representation method is postulated for car body design process.Then,the advances and future directions in this discipline are highlighted.Based on the object-oriented technology,i.e.Visual C++TM,for intelligent CAD system development,a fixing strategy is deplored for welding fixtures.Accordingly,an automatic design process can be implemented via the proposed system.By storing conceptual design results in the system,this approach facilitates the next-step system development and maintenance.
