摘要
西北有色院在转制发展中建立起"科研-中试-产业"三位一体的技术创新体系,实现了技术与经济的协同发展。本文从研发体系、中试环节、新兴产业发展以及人才培育四个方面对该院三位一体创新体系进行分析,提出了以转制院所为依托建立新兴产业培育基地、依托公共创新平台加强中试能力等建议。
Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metal Research (NIN) has created a new innovative way and built a feasible innovation system in the process of its own institute reforming. In the technology innovation system, NIN triunes research, pilot test and industry together, and carries out the coordinative development of technology and income of the enterprise. In the paper, we analyzes four aspects of NIN's technology innovation system: R&D system, pilot test linking, development of emerging industries and the development of human resource. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on developing the nation technology innovation system, such as building a base of emerging industries depending on the institute, strengthening the capability of pilot test.
