Pricing of the Technology Standards of Hi-tech Enterprises

通过探讨高科技企业技术标准定价机理,结合"产品生命周期"理论与联盟治理模式,本文提出"技术标准生命周期"理论,分析了高科技企业及技术标准联盟在导入期、成长期、成熟期及衰退期对消费者和下游厂商后发制人的定价模式、对配套商的免费甚至补贴定价策略和作为定价策略重要组成部分的知识产权管理策略。

By discussing the pricing mechanism of the technology standards of hi-tech enterprises, and using the ＂product life-cycle＂ theory and the governance mode of the technology standard alliance, this paper proposes the theory of ＂technology standard life- cycle＂. The article analyzes the hi-tech enterprises and technology standard alliances＇ aftereffect model of pricing to customers and downstream firms, the strategy of free or even subsidized pricing to the relative products provider, and intellectual property management strategy which is a significant part of pricing strategy in the introduction, growth, mature and decline stages.
