摘要 新农村建设目标与当前农村严峻的生态环境形势为我国农村环境友好技术的发展提出了迫切要求。本文在广泛调研的基础上,对我国农村环境友好技术的主要需求领域进行了分析,初步尝试筛选了若干关键技术,并分析了农村环境友好技术发展中的问题与制约因素。最后,在充分借鉴国内外经验与教训的基础上,提出了推动该类技术发展的政策建议。 The objectives of new countryside construction and the severe situation of ecological environment in rural area make urgent requirements for the development of China's rural environment-friendly technologies. Based on extensive research, this paper analyzes the main requirement fields of environment-friendly technologies for rural areas, attempts preliminarily to screen a number of key technologies, and analyzes the problems and constraints in development of rural environment-friendly technologies. Finally, fully drawing experiences and lessons at home and abroad, this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of the aforementioned technologies.
