摘要
本文从专利资产价值的影响因素及影响机理、专利资产价值评估方法、专利资产价值评估指标以及专利资产价值的评估应用研究等方面,对知识产权交易过程中专利资产评估的理论和实证研究进行了分类分析,并对未来的研究方向给出了初步的判断。
From the viewpoints of affecting factors, evaluation methods, evaluation indices and applied studying of patent assets value evaluation, this paper summarized a lots of literatures on evaluating on patent assets, based on both theory and empirical approach at home and abroad. Then, this paper pointed out the the future directions of research.
