摘要
将电渣重熔、感应加热、连续铸造、定向凝固技术综合到一起,构成了电渣感应连续定向凝固装置。利用该装置对亚共晶成分的铸铁进行了试验研究。结果表明,电渣感应连续定向凝固方法可以稳定地进行铸铁的连续定向凝固;电渣感应连续定向凝固过程可用铸型内的温度分布来控制与监测;工艺参数的相互匹配是稳定电渣感应连续定向凝固过程的关键因素。
Abstract The combination of electric slag remelting,induction heating,continuous casting and unidirectional solidification makes up a electric slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification device,which was used to study hypoeutectic cast iron.The results showed that the continuous unidirectional solidification of cast iron can be done using electric slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification method,which was steered by the temperature distribution in the mold,and proper match of processing parameters is a key to success in electric slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification process.
