摘要
以蒸馏水浸提外来种植物一年蓬[Erigeron annuus(L.)Pers.]的根、茎、叶,以水溶性物质制备水浸液,设5个质量浓度梯度,以蒸馏水为对照,对5种受体植物进行发芽试验和幼苗生长生物测定。结果表明:不同浓度一年蓬根、茎、叶水浸液对不同受体植物种子萌发和幼苗的生长发育有不同的化感效应。在低浓度时对特定植物的发芽率和幼苗生长有一定促进作用,而在高浓度时则为显著的抑制作用。在5种受体植物中,苘麻和萝卜受抑制作用较明显,白菜和月见草则较弱,而低浓度处理对黄瓜种子萌发有一定的促进作用。叶浸提液的化感作用要显著强于根和茎的浸提液,所有浓度的叶水浸液处理均极显著地抑制了受体植物种子的萌发和幼苗生长,说明一年蓬的化感抑制物质在叶中含量最高。
Using distilled water to extract root, stem and leaf of annual fleabane, setting five grades of quality concentration by using distilled water as control, the allelopathy of water extracts from annual flea- bane plant on five receptor plants was studied through bioassay of seed germination and seedling growth of the receptor plants. Results showed different concentrations of water extracts from root, stem and leaf of annual fleahane have different allelopathy on germination and seedling development of five receptor plants, low concentration could promote germination and seedling growth of special receptor plants, high concentration could significantly inhibit seedling growth. Abutilon and radish are subjected to stronger inhibition, evening primrose and Chinese cabbage are subjected to weaker inhibition, and low concentration has certain promoting effect on germination and seedling growth of cucumber. Results showed allelopathy of water extracts from leaf was stronger than that from root and stem. All the concentrations of water extracts from leaves significantly inhibit germination and seedling growth of five receptor plants, indicating that leaves of annual fleabane contain the maximum content of allelochemicals.
