摘要
通过对确定自由表面界面流率的Ｖａｎｌｅｅｒ格式进行修正，解决了气液界面的界面模糊问题。在利用ＰＨＯＥＮＩＣＳ流场计算功能的基础上，应用守恒标量法进行型腔充填过程紊流流动的三维数值模拟。针对Ｊ．Ｃａｍｐｂｅｌ的基准实验，用守恒标量法进行充型过程数值模拟的结果与实验结果基本相符。
Abstract Through revision of Van Leer scheme determining convective flux of free surface,the smearing of interface between gas and liguid has been solved,based on general purpose PHOENICS of flow feild calculation,and using conservative scalar method,3 D numerical simulation of mold filling considering turbulence was carried out,the computed values of 3 D numerical simulation of J.Campball′s benchmark test agree reasonably well with the experimental values.
