摘要
由于移动业务代理商一般同时代理中国移动和中国联通的业务,移动运营商和代理商之间必然存在冲突和信息不对称。移动运营商和代理商之间的关系属于多任务的委托-代理关系,在设计委托-代理激励合同时,应从多任务的角度考虑移动运营商对代理商的激励。
There are much conflict and asymmetric information between the mobile operators and the mobile agents as the mobile agents usually act for the services of China Mobile and China Unicom.The relationship between the mobile operators and the mobile agents is multi-task principal-agent.Through research on two task,the incentive for the mobile agents is considered in the design of the principal-agent incentive contract.
