摘要
企业家是企业的灵魂,企业从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强都有赖于企业家的不断成长。企业家及其群体的成长必须基于企业家创新精神、企业家自身素质与企业家成长环境的三重优化,据此提出了基于创新精神、自身素质与成长环境的企业家成长"三环模式"。
Entrepreneur is the soul of a firm.In this paper,the author thinks that entrepreneur＇s growth is the foundation of a firm＇s establishment and development.And the entrepreneur and his membership＇s growth should be based on three main factors including entrepreneur＇ s spirit of innovation,quality and growing environment.Thus,the author presents three-circle mode for entrepreneur＇s growth.
