摘要
对广东某电厂600 MW锅炉燃用的典型煤种进行了单煤及混煤煤质特性实验,实测值与理论计算值的对比分析表明,燃煤低位发热量等五个煤质参数具有较好的线性可加性。根据电厂分层掺烧多煤种的需求,建立了优化配煤的数学模型,利用多目标模糊决策算法确定最优掺烧配比。
A number of experimental tests were conducted on combustion of single or blended coals typically used by a certain 600 MW boiler in Guangdong so as to study corresponding coal quality characteristics.Comparison analysis between actual measurements and calculation results indicates that all the 5 coal quality parameters(such as the low heat value) behave better linear additivity.In order to satisfy the requirement of laminated combustion of blended coals,numerical models for optimization of coal blending are built while an optimum blending ratio determined using a multi-objective fuzzy decision algorithm.
