摘要
针对锅炉燃烧过程烟气中氧量对电站经济性的影响问题,通过锅炉运行参数的在线监测数据,分析了各稳定工况下不同过量空气系数对应的机组经济性,总结出不同过量空气系数下其他运行参数和经济性指标的变化规律,提出了电站锅炉过量空气系数最佳值的精确求法。
As we know,oxygen amount in boiler flue gas may effect the power plant efficiency.By analyzing on-line detected parameters of a certain boiler,the influence of excess air coefficient on the unit economy is analyzed under various stable working conditions,while laws governing the variation of other operational parameters and economy index with the coefficient summarized.Moreover a method for exact calculation of optimum excess air coefficient is proposed.
