摘要
探讨了航空1Cr11Ni2W2MoV 钢叶片热加工工艺与力学性能的关系。工艺试验结果表明, 该钢的力学性能主要与锻造变形程度、尺寸效应、回火脆性和δ-F组织等因素有关。
This paper deals with the heat working technology and mechanical properties of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel for aircraft blade.The test results showed the mechanical properties related to forging deformation ratio,dimensional effect,temper brittleness, δ F structure and so on.
