摘要
建立集中参数模型、分布参数模型、分排参数模型模拟翅片管换热器实际换热性能。设计合理的算法完成模型分析及仿真计算。通过试验数据比对,集中参数模型与分布参数模型误差略大,平均误差为19%和12%;分排参数模型更贴切实际物理模型,考虑各排对换热的影响,模型建立更合理,误差为4.6%。最后,分析了集中参数模型在使用仿真计算过程中,换热量偏大的原因,并给出了模型使用建议。
Iumped parameter model, distributed parameter model and sub - row - parameter model for fin and tube exchanger were designed, which simulate the heat transfer performance. Develop the reasonable iterative algorithm for three models above to calculate quickly and stable in the system. Compared with experiment data, the errors of lumped parameter and distributed pa- rameter are more than sub - row - parameter, with 19%, 12%, 4.6%. Because sub - row - parameter considers the influence of rows, which matches the actual physical model. Meanwhile, for the lumped parameter model, analyze why the heat transfer quali- ty is always more than the experiment, and give advice to the user.
