摘要
介绍了制冷装置故障模拟试验台的组成、12种制冷装置故障模拟方法以及制冷装置运行参数计算机测量软件的开发。试验表明,该试验台能按预期模拟故障发生,计算机测量软件实时准确显示和记录制冷装置运行参数。通过该试验台,能够感性认识故障发生时制冷装置运行参数的变化规律,提高对故障判断和处理能力。
To compose of the experiment rig for faults simulation, and the development of computer measurement software of the running parameters in refrigeration device were conducted. The twelve faults simulation ways was investigated. The results showed that the faults were took place according to the expected and refrigeration device running parameters were real - time displayed and recorded accurately by computer measurement software. The variation of refrigeration device running parameters is perceptually knew by the experiment rig. And it can improve the ability to judge and handle the faults in refrigeration device.
