摘要
以北京市的6个重点新城为研究对象,从人口与产业分散角度对新城开发成效展开研究,结果表明,北京市的新城开发在产业分散方面取得了一定的成果,但在人口分散方面只取得了截流外来人口的间接分散效果,由于对产业人员的住房没有引起足够的重视,从而导致了新城的职住分离现象的蔓延。
Six new cities in Beijing are used to study how new city development affects population and industrial distribution.Results show that the industrial distribution occurred as expected but that the population distribution was indirectly altered by the absorption of the incoming population.The new city planning neglected this residential phenomenon which resulted in a undesirable separation of working and living areas.
