摘要
对大厚度压力壳自动埋弧焊高度跟踪系统,应用计算机实现了PID控制算法和参数整定;采用数据滤波的方法,对离散数据进行平滑处理,消除随机干扰对系统的影响。试验表明,控制系统具有较高的跟踪精度。
The PID control and parameter verification is realized by computer for height tracing system of auto submerged arc welding of thick wall pressure vessel. The data filter is used to carry on the smoothing processing of discrete data and to eliminate the effect of random interference on the system. The experiment shows that the system has higher tracing precision.
