摘要
本文叙述了空心球状颗粒渣的生产工艺及特点及其在鞍钢开发与实践的过程,并对空心球状颗粒渣与其它型保护渣做了使用效果的比较。得出结论:空心球状颗粒保护渣可以取代粉末型保护渣,且成本降低,减少了环境污染。
The paper described the production technology and charaiteristics of hollow mould powder for continuous casting, and it's process was developed and practised in Anshan Iron & Steel Complex. A-comparison has been made between hollow mould powder and other types in terms of their effect of use. It is concluded that hollow mould powder can replace the other mould powder, it's cost and pollutant could also decrease.
