The wireless control command system of the TV-command-guided air-to-surface missile is researched. The project of the encoding and encryption of the TV wireless command is set up based on the elements of the m-stream and the cryptography. The double deck secret keys are introduced to this project, which enlarge the space of the secret key. The anti-broken capability of the system is improved.
