摘要 研究了稀土元素对烧结铜钼钢性能的影响,探讨了稀土在烧结铜钼钢中的作用机理。结果表明,适量加入混合稀土,可明显提高烧结铜钼钢的机械性能,特别是抗拉强度与冲击韧性。含0.6%混合稀土的F0212J烧结铜钼与锻钢相比,减轻重量12%,降低成本25%~30%。试验表明,稀土具有脱氧保碳,细化晶粒,改变孔隙形态与分布,变质夹杂物的作用。 The effects of rare earth elements on the performance of sintered Cu Mo steel have been investigated, and their mechanism of action is discussed. The results indicate that the mechanical performances of sintered Cu Mo steel are obviously improved by adding proper amount of mixed rare earth elements, especially its tensile strength and impact ductility. The cost of sintered Cu Mo steel (Cu Mo 12%) F0211J containing 0.6% mixed rare earth elements is decreased by 25% to 30%. The experiments show that rare-earth elements have deoxidization, protection of carbon, fining crystal grains, changing the shape and distribution of porosities, and modifying impurities.
