热浸镀铝合金层影响因素的分析

Analysis of Influence Factors on Inte metallic Layer of Hot dipped Al Coating

通过对热浸镀铝合金层的观察，分析了影响合金层形貌、厚度、重熔的因素。结果表明，合金层的形貌、厚度、重熔与热浸镀温度有密切关系，铝液中微量元素、待镀件成分、相结构对合金层形貌、厚度产生一定的影响，微量元素降低铝液中铁对镀件质量的影响，合金层达到一定厚度后不随时间的延长而增大。

The influence factors on inter metallic layer of hot dipped Al coating were investigated by changing hot-dipped technique. The shape, thice, thick and re melt of intermetallic layer were affected strongly by the reaction temperture. The rare eath in liquid AL,components and structure of steel have cetain effects on inter metallic layer. The rare earth makes hot dip easier than without it in liquid it in liquid Al,which also improves the hot dopped Al coating surface quality. After inter metallic layer gets certain thickness, the reaction time hes no affecect on it.
