摘要 目的探讨CXC类趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、乙酰肝素酶(HPA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达和临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测手术切除的52例标本中CXCR4、HPA的表达,分析其表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系,并探讨两者之间的相互关系。结果 NSCLC组织中CXC4、HPA的阳性表达率分别为63.46%(33/52)、55.77%(29/52),CXCR4的表达与患者年龄、性别、组织学类型、肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。HPA的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、组织学类型无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。CXCR4阳性表达组织中的HPA阳性表达率为66.67%(22/33),两者阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.289,P<0.05)。结论 CXCR4、HPA在NSCLC组织中的表达呈正相关;两者可能共同参与非小细胞肺癌的侵袭和转移。联合检测CXCR4、HPA可作为判断NSCLC转移潜能和预后的指标,可能为NSCLC的治疗提供新的分子靶点和策略。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXCR4,HPA in non-small cell lung cancer cells(NSCLC).Methods The expressions of CXCR4,HPA were tested by immunohistochemical method in 52 specimens of NSCLC resected surgically and 20 samples of normal lung tissues.The relationships of the expression and clinical pathological features were analyzed,their correlations were further studied.Results The positive rates of CXCR4 HPA were 63.46%(33 /52),55.77%(29 /52),respectively.The positive rates of CXCR4 and HPA in NSCLC were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissue.There were significant positive correlations between the expression of CXCR4 and lymph node metastasis as well as TNM stage(P〈 0.05).There were significant positive correlations between the expressions of HPA and lymph node metastasis,TNM stage(P 〈0.05).The expression of CXCR4 was positively correlated with HPA in NSCLC(P 〈0.05).Conclusion There is expression of CXCR4 and HPA in NSCLC.The expression of CXCR4 is positively related with that of HPA,which may co-regulate the progress of NSCLC.The combined detection may serve as a judge of metastatic potential and prognostic indicator for NSCLC.It suggests that CXCR4,HPA may be promising molecular targets for the treatment of NSCLC.
