摘要
在分析了电厂锅炉蒸汽温度的变化规律基础上,定量计算了过热蒸汽温度变化对机组经济性和安全性的影响。以300 MW燃煤电站锅炉计算表明:主蒸汽温度从535℃上升到565℃时,机组标准煤耗由341.20 g/kW.h下降到337.70 g/kW.h;主蒸汽温度在正常运行温度550℃基础上每天超温2小时,当超温1℃运行一年后机组主蒸汽管道平均理论寿命减少37 h,当超温15℃运行一年后机组主蒸汽管道平均理论寿命将减少1 183 h。
Based on the analysis of power plant boiler steam temperature, effects of change of the super- heated steam temperature on the unit the 300 MW firing coal burned boiler of economic and security was calculated. The result of calculating show that enhancing the main steam temperature from 535℃ up to 565℃ makes for reducing standard coal consumption from 341.2 g. kW-1 h-1 down to 337. 7 g-kW-1 h-1. With the main steam temperature existing overtemperature phenomenon for two hours a day in the normal operating temperature based on 550℃, the average theoretical life of the main steam pipe reduces 37 h and 1 183 h in the case of the main steam temperature increases 1℃ and 15℃.
