A relay node selection technique for opportunistic routing in mobile Ad Hoc networks

摘要 针对移动无线自组织(Ad Hoc)网络中使用机会路由协议时,采用贪婪转发策略会引起"没有后续转发节点"这一现象,提出了一种新的应用于移动Ad Hoc网络的机会路由转发策略—考虑后续路径的转发策略。主要思想是在报文每跳传输之后进行下一跳转发节点选取时,不仅考虑各个候选节点本身距离目的节点的距离,还要考虑经过此节点的转发,当前数据报文能否成功到达目的节点。仿真结果表明,对比于采用贪婪转发策略的机会路由协议,考虑后续路径的转发策略能够有效地减小无后续转发节点的现象,提高数据传送成功率和网络吞吐率,具有较好的可靠性。 When greedy forwarding strategy was applied to select a relay node in mobile Ad Hoc networks using opportunistic routing,the phenomena of"no further relay node"would occur.In order to deal with this problem,this paper proposed a new relay node selection technique:selection considering future path(CFP) for opportunistic routings in mobile Ad Hoc networks.With this technique,when we need to relay a packet,we do not only consider the distance between the current candidate node and the destination,but also the future hops and estimate whether the current node can arrive at the destination of the packet .Our simulation results show that contrast against greedy forwarding strategy in GeRaF(geographic random forwarding),CFP can effectively solve the problem of"no further relay node"and it has better performance on both successful delivery ratio with good reliability.
