一种基于FDTD的互连线串扰耦合噪声算法

摘要 针对现有仿真互连线串扰耦合噪声的算法大多只适应于特定类型的问题,运用偏微分方程的数值解理论,得到一种基于Lax格式的全新差分计算格式,根据不同的电路模型,利用传输线集中参数的等效模型确定相应的边界条件,可以准确地分析串扰耦合噪声。通过将仿真结果与ABCD矩阵模型分析结果对比,验证了该算法的准确性。同时该算法原理简单,计算量小,更接近于实际。 In allusion to the methods to simulate the crosstalk coupling noise of interconnects at present can only be used in special types,so a new differential formation based on Lax format was designed,in the theory of partial differential equation numerical solution.Crosstalk coupling noise could be analyzed accurately,by using the boundary condition confirmed by the lumped equivalent circuit model for different circuit models.The accuracy of the method was validated by comparing the simulation result with that of ABCD matrix model.The method is simple in principle,with less computational burden and much closeness to the practical.
