摘要
针对客机座舱围护结构的瞬态传热问题,论文以AR J21-700型飞机为例,通过对飞行包线内的环境条件、座舱围护结构布置等内外部因素的分析,建立了相应的数学计算模型,并采用有限差分法进行温度场求解,获得了飞行包线内的飞机座舱围护结构各层温度随时间及飞行高度的变化情况。在此基础上,考察了材料层布置方式对座舱围护结构温度分布的影响,研究工作对于飞机座舱瞬态热载荷的计算具有参考价值。
ARJ21-700 airplane is taken as an example to discuss the transient heat transfer of civil-aircraft cabin.By analyzing some factors,such as flight environment and cabin structure,a mathematical model of temperature field is established.And the temperature distribution which changes with flight height and time of the cabin is obtained using a finite difference method.On the basis,the influence of cabin material layer arrangement on the temperature distribution is discussed.This development is used for transient heat load calculation.
