摘要
本文对韶关地区土壤及其水稻不同部位的锰含量进行了采样测定,分析了水稻中重金属锰含量与其土壤的关系。结果表明,水稻不同部位中锰的含量不尽相同,其根、茎、叶及米粒中的锰含量依次为:叶>根>茎>大米,且与土壤中的锰含量呈正相关,说明水稻中金属锰含量与其生长环境密切相关、水稻对金属锰具有一定的富集性。这为土壤的使用、修复处理及水稻生长机制的研究提供了借鉴。
In this paper, different parts of paddy rice and soil samples in Shaoguan area were collected and Determination of Total Manganese Content and connection of between Total Manganese Content and soil was analysed. The results showed that different parts of rice in different levels of Manganese, its roots, stems, leaves and grains of the Manganese content in the order： leaf 〉root〉 stem〉 rice, and the Manganese content in the soil were positively correlated, indicating rice Manganese content in their growing environment is closely related to rice on a certain concentration of Manganese. The research provided the basis for the use of soil,repair,processing and rice growth mechanism studies.
