摘要
为提高实测轧机弹性曲线精度,设计了一个低通数字滤波器。用压靠法测试连轧机精轧机组轧机弹性曲线,实测轧制力信号中包含轧辊偏心引起的波动成分。应用该滤波器可滤掉轧辊偏心造成的轧制力波动,提高了实测轧机弹性曲线的精度。
A low-pass digital filter has been designed in order to improve the mill stretch curve accuracy. When the mill stretch curve of the hot strip finishing mill are measured under the contact roll condition, a kind signal of periodical roll eccentricity is included in that of real measured roll force. This filter may eliminate the noise signal, and improve the mill stretch curve accuracy.
