Studies on the Spring and Vibration of 3-roll Continuous Cold Rolling Mills

在实验研究的基础上，采用理论解析与统计分析的方法，建立了Y型三辊轧机的弹跳模型；并通过实测连轧时各机架的振动情况，分析了这种轧机的结构特性，打出了不利于Y型轧机稳定轧制的原因。

Based on experiment researches, the mathematical model of spring of 3-roll mills is established by used theory and statistic analysis methods. The vibration of each stand during continuous rolling is measured. So the structure characteristics of 3-roll mill are analyzed, and the causes affecting rolling stability arc found.
