摘要
在双半内圈角接触球轴承拟动力学分析的基础上,结合保持架的弹性变形,利用ADAMS系统开发了该轴承参数化刚柔耦合仿真分析模块,分析了轴承各元件间作用力和保持架侧壁上某节点的当量应力随时间的变化情况,并对比了柔性保持架与刚性保持架的动态特性,结果表明:保持架的弹性变形对轴承的动态性能影响很大。
Based on the quasi-dynamic analysis of angular contact ball bearings with two-piece inner ring,and combined with the elastic deformation of cage,the parametric rigid-flexible coupling analysis module for the bearing is simulated by using ADAMS.The relationship of the acting force between the parts of bearing and the Von Mises stress on certain node of the side wall of cage,which are changed with time,is analyzed.And the dynamic performance of the flexible cage and that of the rigid cage is compared.The results show that the elastic deformation of the cage has great effect on the dynamic performance of bearing.
