摘要
对高速热镦机塔锻工艺进行分析,提出了一种在压力机上利用热镦机塔锻工艺料芯饼热挤压成形小型轴承套圈毛坯的新工艺。根据生产实例分析了利用热镦机塔锻7208E套圈的料芯饼在压力机上热挤压成形6203轴承外圈毛坯的方法。结果表明,用该工艺方法生产的轴承套圈锻件,其质量符合后续车加工的技术要求,提高了轴承材料利用率。
The tower forging process for high-speed hot forging machine is analyzed,the new hot extrusion process is presented to produce small-size bearing ring blank by using tower forging material core.According to the practical application,the method is analyzed to produce 6203 bearing outer ring blank by hot extrusion forming of forging core of 7208E ring in press machine.The results show that the quality of the bearing ring forging produced by this process method can meet the technical requirements of subsequent turning process,improving utilization of bearing material.
