摘要
自主创新,方法先行。在科技基础理论日益完善的今天,方法的选择和使用对加快建设创新型国家显得尤为重要。纵观我国各个行业、各层面所使用的创新方法,不是普适性差、就是使用层次低。无法对经济效率增长和人民福利带来系统性的持续增加。通过对科技创新方法进行理论梳理、追踪和展望,借鉴行为学系统偏差理论,试图建立一个可行的理论分析框架,为以TRIZ为代表的创新方法的应用提供可操作的行为模式。
Methods go first for independent innovation.Today it is particularly important for accelerating and making good use of the methods in building an innovation-oriented country under increasingly sophisticated basic theory in science and technology.The innovative methods used in all levels are either universal poor or in a lower level,which can not bring out economic growth and the systemic welfare of the people.In this paper,a theoretical approach is used to track and prospects for scientific and technological innovation.Drawing on behavioral theory of systematic bias,the paper attempts to establish a viable framework for theoretical analysis,in order to provide actionable patterns of behavior for TRIZ as the representative for the order to the application of innovative approaches.
