摘要
为了能够更好地理解国外50多年创新力理论和实证研究的成果,在大量文献中找出具有核心价值的部分,必须在文献综述方法上进行创新。尝试用心理学分类方法,并结合创新力理论的发展阶段,将创新力研究分为心理测量、人格特质、认知、社会组织、社会心理共五大学派。分别着重介绍了各学派的代表人物和观点,对其各学派的理论贡献和不足作了横向的比较,并梳理了各学派之间的理论联系,最后提出创新力研究中三个尚待解决的问题。
For a better understanding of the development of creativity research in the past 50 years in western countries,the paper adopted some new measures in reviewing the huge amount of academic papers.Iuuminated by the sorting method of psychology and also the development stage of the creativity study,it classified creativity researches into five schools:(1) school of psychometrics;(2) school of personality traits;(3) school of cognition;(4) school of social organization;(5) school of social psychology.With a careful review on the viewpoints and key person of each school,the paper compared their contributions and shortages,drew a picture of their theory relations and pointed out three main problems to be solved in the future.
