Analysis on the Effect of the Urbanization Process in Raising the Acceptance Capacity of Innovative Technology in the Backward Areas

通过借助佩德森模型,分别从落后地区城镇与发达地区城镇的空间距离、等级规模系数的距离、从事创新技术人员数量、质量差距,论述了落后地区城镇化加速推进对提升落后地区创新技术接受能力的作用,揭示了只有通过加速城镇化进程才能有效地提高落后地区接受创新技术的能力。

Depending on the distances between the city of backward area and the developed area,the disparity of class size of city,the disparity of the number and the quality of personnel engaged in innovative technology,the paper discussed through Pedersen model the effect of raising the acceptance capacity of innovative technology in the process of accelerative urbanization in the backward areas,and it is revealed that only through an accelerative process of urbanization,does the backward area effectively improve the acceptance capacity of innovative technology.
