摘要
对科学软实力的内涵和特点进行了界定,阐明了当前我国科学软实力发展的意义,并探讨科技全球化趋势下,我国科学软实力建设的对策。
This paper discussed the connotation and features of soft scientific strength.It illustrated the importance of building China＇s soft scientific strength,and gave some suggestions on how to enhance China＇s soft scientific strength under the tendency of globalization of science and technology.
